Roles & Responsibilities : - Supporting various Business Industry like -Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Waters, Railways, Apparels, Agriculture Food & Nutrients, North America Business and etc. - End-to-end hiring right from sourcing of resumes through various sources: headhunting, job portals, advertisements, employee referrals, consultants and external referencing etc., to interviews and final selection. - Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordination, Scheduling, Selection, On boarding. - Experienced in Non-IT Recruitment. - Coordinate with the approvers for the approval of job requisitions, which includes coordinating with Stakeholders. - Create job postings, publishing's and managing its workflow administration with all stakeholders. - Follow up with candidates until the Date of Joining. Criteria : - Should be a graduate - Should carry atleast 5+ years of experience in TA (End to End Hiring) - Can able to work from office - Must have experience into US Hiring Non IT.
