Lead - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing (5-7 yrs)
Our client is one of the large manufacturing organisations, with a turnover of around 3000+ Cr. They have 10+ plants across Western India.
Presently, they seek to hire a Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibility Areas of the role are :
- To access the future manpower requirements based on industry scenario, organisational plans and to design the manpower budget and hiring plans aligned to organisational objectives.
- To ensure availability of relevant talent across hierarchy (including leadership roles) within stipulate time frame.
- To design resourcing strategies depending on the various roles and requirements.
- To facilitate successful salary negotiations, releasing offer letter, conducting psychometric assessment and background verification to freeze the final appointment.
- To ensure smooth on-boarding by completing formalities like --relocation assistance, induction, employee no activation.
Required Candidate profile :
- Suitable candidate must have at-least 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing lateral hiring.
