Role:
- Develop the TA strategies and assure the successful implementation of the same.
- Handling End-to-End recruitment process.
- Innovate new ways to attract & recruit, develop out of the box sourcing strategies, to bring together talent.
- Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing recruiting team.
- Understand the business/ requirement and be able to deal with the functional heads/ stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 12 - 14 yrs of experience in Recruitment sourcing / Talent Acquisition specialist
- 7 - 9 yrs of experience in recruitment in Information/ Product technology-based organization
- Done Vendor Management.
- Must have set up the talent acquisition team/ processes in the system.
- Should have handled managerial role.
- Candidate should be willing to relocate to Pune
- Strong communication skills.
