Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need 9. Create job descriptions 10. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position 11. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation 12. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates 13. Lead a team of Recruiters Education &amp; Experience : - MBA in HR from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges - 8 - 12 years of experience.
