Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the selection process is thorough and aligned with organizational objectives. - Employer Branding: Establish the employer brand for the greenfield project and promote it to attract top talent. Develop compelling messaging and employer value propositions. Utilize online and offline platforms to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. - Talent Acquisition Systems: Implement and optimize talent acquisition systems and tools to streamline the recruitment process.
