Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting for positions across levels (Mid - Senior)
- Be involved in leadership sourcing across the organization manage the various phases of managing technology transformation and enhancement of the recruitment process
- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilize the insights for process enhancements
- Identify and implement assessment tools for candidature selection
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure seamless interaction
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool Explore different sources of recruitment to optimize recruitment costs
- Identify and engage with recruitment partners, negotiate terms of service and alignment with our policy
- Manage Young leadership campus program and build employer branding strategies using social Media
