- Directly working with the leadership, the incumbent will be instrumental in setting up the end to end talent acquisition policies and processes
- Drive the hiring strategy for the organization to attract high caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates
- Leverage recruiting expertise to act as the Strategic Talent Advisor to the business
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition hiring for core Tech skills
- Prior experience in a start up ecosystem is a must
- Must be able to hold relevant and intellectually stimulating conversations with the leadership
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management
