A passion for talent

Do you have a passion for talent? This role is critical to the success of our India businesses, and we need someone who has real passion for identifying the best talent for various roles. You'll know how employ traditional and creative innovative direct sourcing strategies to enhance our recruiting efforts and processes.

Leading from the front

This is a very diverse yet hands on role that comes with great responsibility. You'll support the recruitment and development of a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists acting as a role model, inspiration, coach giving constructive feedback on a formal and informal basis.


You'll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition community to ensure successful delivery of talent through multi-channel sourcing models. In addition, you will communicate regularly with business line leaders to clearly understand requirements and expectations of the diverse positions. As an important member of the TA Leadership Team, you'll play an active role in shaping the future of the Talent Acquisition team in APAC.

To apply you need to be: -


Not a job for the faint hearted, you will need at least 10 years' experience within talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search. You'll understand the different stages of the Talent Acquisition process and be comfortable working on mandates across all levels. Team leadership is second nature and ideally you will be familiar in managing teams across multiple locations and working within a much large regional team.

Change Evangelist

Are you adept at navigating across large, complex organisations? Have you led transformational initiatives overcoming resistance to change to successfully execute strategy? This job is as much about being part of regional strategic activities and their deployment as it is about managing the talent acquisition needs of our very ever growing India businesses. You should naturally embrace the challenge of operating in an environment of unprecedented, rapid change where innovation and quick responses yield success.


Do you operate with a sense of urgency? You'll need a high EQ, be highly responsive and have a solution orientated mind-set. You should be able to effectively juggle priorities to meet timeframes and deadlines set by the business. In this role we want someone who is naturally decisive and prepared to take risks

You'll be a person that collaborates with others regardless of role, business unit or location.

A great communicator

Can you get your ideas across clearly both verbally and in writing? You'll be working with many diverse interest groups so the way you share information and your ability to persuasively convey information is highly important. Strong interpersonal skills are key to this role to establish credibility and respect with internal stakeholders and potential external talent.
