Talent Acquisition Lead


As a Talent Acquisition Lead - Edtech You will be focusing on the aspects of recruitment from strategizing and designing the recruitment process for a fast-growing sales team, You will be working towards improving the quality of hires.

What you will do:

1. Working closely with sales and operations & Sales team on all diversity involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices

2. Using various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, job portals, and campus hiring

3. Ensuring proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately

4. Providing feedback to management about details regarding applications

5. Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates

6. Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

1. Proven experience of 6+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, TA lead, or similar role

2. Should have experience in EdTech Hiring

3. Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Campus Hiring

4. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems

6. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

7. Team spirit
