Mojo campus is an initiative of Miles Education, an organization that focuses on upskilling students and professionals to enable their career progression and help them become further ready. We are currently hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

Main Responsibilities of Head of Talent Acquisition:

- Contribute as an IC role for lateral hirings (leadership hirings).

- Managing a team of 15-20 TA managers and executing the hiring managing techniques

- Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity in hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.

- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career, Sr. executives, and bulk hirings.

- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business.

- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.

- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement- .

What do we expect from you?

- 10-12 years of recruitment experience across functions preferably on the non-tech side.

- Should have team management experience of at least 4-5 years.

- Start-up/scale-up experience will be preferred.

- Exposure to leading HR initiatives/process improvement assignments is a plus.

- Deep understanding of recruitment trends and best practices and the experience of building meaningful partnerships with leaders of the businesses you have supported.

- High aptitude for coaching, mentoring and developing talent.

- Collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

What will you work on:

- Bring a focus on data, improving recruiting outcomes, individual performance, and processes.

- Develop appropriate sourcing strategies and identify suitable candidates for positions, primarily through research, networking, and direct recruiting as well as using tools, referrals and other search tools, and boards.

- Report Periodic status to the Global Management Team.

- Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs.

- Help build an employer branding strategy aligning with global strategy.

- Drive process efficiencies, build control and strengthen supremacy around recruiting processes.

- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a passion to advocate for more inclusive approaches to hiring.

- As a subject matter expert on the talent landscape regularly provides insights on market and competition trends.

It would be great if you also have:

- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

- Worked in startup / product-based organizations.

- This position is based in Bangalore, India.
