Role Objective : - It's a Strategy driven role. Person is supposed to drive Strategic initiatives, working on Setting up of the processes & policies, compensation bench marking, working on data analytics drive insights from the data, Center of excellence. - Enhance the quality of talent being acquired and onboarded into the organisation through best in class sourcing and selection processes thereby enabling business transformation and growth Responsibilities : - Responsible for business manpower planning requirements within the stipulated budgets - Map the talent landscape and develop talent intelligence - Create talent pipeline for current and future business needs, will be responsible for selection criteria and selection process to filter the best talent - Build the capability of line managers on talent selection - Devise the recruitment channel strategy. - Enhance the candidate experience during the selection and onboarding processes - Leverage technology and science for driving process improvements Desired Candidate profile : - Good knowledge of Talent Acquisition vertical within HR - Strong bias for action and quantitative measurements - Ability to handle senior stakeholders and manage candidate expectations - Strong collaborative and negotiation capabilities
