As a Lead/Manager TA,
- you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates.
- You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.
- Building the leadership team will be one of your main focus areas.
- Helping the new leadership team succeed by building their teams from scratch will be one of your key responsibilities.
- Proactively seek candidates through targeted sourcing channel
- You- ll be accountable to develop strategic partnership with internal and external stakeholders for all activities related to hiring.
- You- ll serve as the recruiting subject matter expert and advisor to the organization for all staffing needs.
Responsibilities included (but not limited to) :
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
- Actively participate in B-school and graduate campus hiring
- Work extensively on leadership hiring
- Work closely with multiple senior stakeholders
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the hiring process.
- Demonstrate exemplary reporting skills Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
- Plan employee referral and other innovative hiring programs
- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
