Lead - Talent Acquisition - Conglomerate (10-15 yrs)

We have been retained by one of leading Indian conglomerates that is slated to grow in a big manner to hire TA Leads for their various businesses. This role will offer you a great opportunity to lead the entire TA function for a department and to take your career to the next level. All roles are based in Ahmedabad only so please apply only if you would like to be based there.

Please note this role need someone who has led hiring for niche roles in a short period of time and has handled pan India hiring for All levels and must have handled Hiring for different regions.

The role would include:

- Identifying organization's needs and working to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment leading to better business performance.

- Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent acquisition.

- Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing/business team to feed into recruitment timelines.

- Handle all levels of hiring- junior/entry level to leadership both tech and non tech.

- Identify best practices and trends in recruitment from industry experts.

- Anticipating the organizations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting strategies that will help to sustain the company's success.

- Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure effective sourcing and retention of talent.

- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget.

- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Led both IT and NON IT hiring across levels especially large Sales/Operations level hiring pan India

- 10+ years of TA experience post MBA

- Strong stakeholder management experience ability to deal with ambiguous requirements and work with CXO teams

- Strong analytical and reporting skills to handle data and budgets
