They are now looking to hire a CoE lead for Talent Acquisition to lead Talent Acquisition for India.

Description

Reporting to the Country Head HR as well as the Global Head for TA your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely and analyzing the needs of the Business Units within India

- Develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders and business leaders

- Create and execute an effective Recruitment strategy in line with the hiring targets

- Driving Talent Acquisition Strategy for the company by effectively utilizing innovative sourcing strategies

- Implementing latest hiring technology in the internal hiring processes

- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools

Profile

You come with 15-18 years of experience as an HR Specialist in the field of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. You have a full-time management degree in Human Resources from a top-tier business school and have the experience of working in a leadership role managing a team for at least 5 years. You have worked in an MNC set up and are from the IT/ITeS or Financial Services Background. You have strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication skills.
