About client:
Our client is a leading name in the insurance space and is looking to hire a Lead Talent acquisition Professional. The role is based out of Mumbai
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Manage the campus hiring cycle from end to end
- Sourcing, identifying, securing and closing the candidates under respective turn around schedules
- Managing overall talent acquisition process until onboarding of the candidates
- Collaborate with business leaders to improve existing recruiting and retention processes and help initiate scalable changes to the current recruiting strategy
As a successful candidate:
- You come with 8-10 years of strong hiring experience with strategic mindset and have exposure to innovative ways of sourcing
- Have expertise in stakeholder management and liaising with top management
- Experience with ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
