Talent Acquisition Lead
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a talent acquisition team to support the organizational growth plans and hiring requirements. Manage the entire team in their execution, performance and strategic projects
- Understand the entire company's business context, composition, competencies, deliverables and their stakeholders and support leadership with hiring of key positions
- Find the right balance between speed, quality and cost. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and ensure their execution is in line with our requirements
- Build and strengthen the talent acquisition funnel and ensure continuous tracking through various reports and dashboards
- Enhance and own candidate experience for the interview process. Build a mechanism to capture candidate feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure cultural fit across all final candidates
- Strategize to improve the shortlist ratio, acceptance to joining ratio, adherence to process timelines and optimization of talent acquisition budget
- Create and lead strategic projects such as talent branding, recruitment software implementation, campus placements, expansion to new geographies, industry mapping, data analytics etc.
Key Skills Required:
- Post-Graduate from a good B-School
- 6-10 years of relevant recruitment experience, with at least 4 years of experience in managerial role
- Analytical mind-set and expertise in excel and similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Should be able to define, commit and meet deadlines
- Strong experience around creating exceptional Talent Acquisition processes
