Lead - Talent Acquisition - BFSI (10-15 yrs)

- Design and deliver an effective Recruitment marketing strategy across all employer brand-building and recruitment channels to attract, engage, nurture, and convert a strong talent pipeline.

- Amplifying employer brand and reputation across all candidate-facing channels in design and message (including internal and external channels) in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Build and manage a world-class talent demand generation and engagement engine, inclusive of an industry-leading careers web journey and other talent acquisition & marketing platforms and relationships (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Job boards, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

- Lead the vision and design of the talent life cycle journey, from candidate to alumni, ensuring the company's experience is the best in class.

- Oversee the recruitment marketing funnel metrics across all channels and measure, analyze and evaluate the sources and tactics that produce the best hires for the organization in the most efficient manner.

- Discover current trends and understand emerging Talent marketing strategies to keep us one step ahead.

- Engage with business leaders to understand current business trends that could affect changes in talent strategy

- Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Operations, and partners to support business leaders deliver on business and hiring objectives

- Inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying employer brand reach and influence throughout the candidate journey.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/PG Degree preferably in English, HR, advertising, communications, or related field

- 10+ years of Talent acquisition experience and strategic communications at an agency, in-house, or both

- Prior experience leading a talent and recruitment marketing effort in a talent-intensive environment

- Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic talent relations to advance an organization's mission and goals

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to write, edit and produce effective communications content, with the ability to write in line with different brand voices and styles

- Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a TA team

- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines

- Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers

- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive

- Able to motivate and collaborate across functions and divisions
