Talent Acquisition Lead Sales & Distribution and Operations


Key responsibilities :

- Person will manage salesforce volume & operation hiring of Sales and Distribution for the assigned portfolio.

- The role holder will be accountable to build Recruitment /Talent Acquisition distribution / franchises (recruitment vendor & recruitment counsellor) across Pan India to maximise HR contribution in hiring.

- The role holder will be key point of contact for business stakeholder, including HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process. Whilst continuing to provide guidance and leadership to the zonal hiring team.

- The role will be responsible to plan and co-design relevant workforce models in line with Business Plans / Priorities. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans

- Conceptualise. co-design and plan strategies around building, manage and cultivate a robust pipeline of candidates for the positions & ensure active and direct participation in the recruitment lifecycle.

- Build Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & build partnerships and keep a tab on the procurement and measurement process.

- Support on projects. AI, Analytics. Benchmarking for functions in other LI companies

Key Requirements :

- Business Knowledge, Strategic focus, Empathy, Being Role Model, Agility, Accountability, influencing skills, Managing and Leading Change and Functional Expertise.

- Strong exposure to bulk / volume hiring is mandatory along with working in a fast-paced environment on an established recruiting team.

- Manage team with driving innovation in candidate attraction and process across multiple divisions and geographies.

- Able to generate new ideas and solutions to problems by challenging the status quo and conventional thinking

- Critical thinker, Team player and problem-solving skills

- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders

- Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills
