SCS is at an inflection point having grown at 30% Y-O-Y for the last 3 years and is now looking to ramp up the head count to 2-2.5X in the next 9-12 months as it starts new business verticals. The role will be based out of its Mumbai HQ. Key Responsibilities : - This role will be part of the core leadership at SCS, executing the mission and vision of the organization. - Work closely with management to understand the business needs and roadmap in terms of people capital requirement and execute the project plan. - Lead all initiatives related to HR i.e. Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Management &amp; Retention, Organisational Development and Learning &amp; Development. - Lead the initiative to get the company certified for - Great Place to Work- . Knowledge &amp; Skills : The ideal candidate will have relevant track record and combines strong interpersonal skills with a self-starting, pro-active attitude. The following qualifications are essential : - Relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in HRM) - 7+ Yrs of experience in Talent Acquisition with track record in headcount ramp-up. - Excellent people management skills - Demonstrable experience with HR metrics - Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices - Experience in a fast paced organization preferably a startup - "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with strong sense of ownership for work - Excellent conceptual clarity in various aspects of HR - Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to organize and analyze data
