About client:

Our client is a benefits and rewards services company and is looking to hire a Lead Talent Acquisition. The role is based in Mumbai and reports to the Vice President HR

Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

- Create a recruitment strategy and manage the process in terms of bringing in cost effective sourcing channels, identification of talent, offer negotiation & onboarding within a specified TAT

- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events and coordinate with the local communication team regarding the employment branding initiatives

- Lead the Diversity and Inclusion roadmap for the organization through sensitization workshops, hiring metrics on diverse talent basis gender and age

- Collaborate with the Finance team on Recruitment and Manpower Budget Planning

- Define and manage all data (in terms of reporting) and metrics to ensure relevant Talent Marketing analysis

- Assist the top management in operationalizing the internal movements and role changes within the organization. Manage Internal communication of talent movement, both internal & external.

- Partner with the leadership team and hiring managers to attract high potential & diverse talent as well as manage the employee engagement of the organization

As a successful candidate:

- You come with a minimum experience of 7-12 years in HR practices, specifically in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

- Have expertise in stakeholder management and liaising with top management

- Have an MBA/PGDM degree in Human Resources from a premier B School
