Lead - Talent Acquisition - Banking/Investment Banking (7-15 yrs)
Must have done recruitments for Investment Banking Sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing the Internal Hiring.
- Ensuring the lead time for recruitment, recruitment budget.
- Process Compliance & improvement.
- Data management/ MIS/ MS EXCEL.
- Stakeholder & Team Management.
Candidate Management :
- Managing all candidates effectively throughout the recruitment process.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Informing candidates about the results of the interviews.
- Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidate.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Master's degree in HR.
- 7-15 years of experience.
- Preferably from RPO background with strong understanding of the Banking/ Pharma space.
