We are looking for Lead Supply Planning to work on ensuring supplies for a wide range of products from Personal Care, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceutical medicines &amp; devices. The person will need to work closely with 3rd Party manufacturers to ensure product supply as per sales plan and drive commercial negotiations. JOB TITLE - Lead Supply Planning ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES : - Ensuring Product Supply as per sales forecast for 100+SKUs - Tracking &amp; reporting inventory across multiple locations. - Getting 3rd party manufacturers to produce the products according to the demand - Negotiate and get the right price from the contract manufacturers - Creating inventory reports and presenting suggestions - Vendor audit &amp; onboarding DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE - Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in FMCG. Personal care or nutraceutical products - Proven &amp; demonstrable experience multi-tasking &amp; working under pressure - MBA in Supply Chain will be preferred qualification - Advanced mathematical and analytical skills.
