Lead - Supply Chain Services - Chemical Industry (12-16 yrs)
Job Description :
- Actively models safety. Drives team engagement and buy-in
- Serves as lead Global Supply Chain interface for India center
- Actively challenges Hyderabad teams toward driving improvements in processes and outcomes
- Advocates to pull work into HOC (Hyderabad Operationations Center) as capabilities and needs exist
- Drives alignment and engages in defining operating strategies across supply chains and regions, while engaging organically with Finance, Information Technology and Compliance Teams at HOC
- Works with Supply Chain Business Leads on a regular cadence to provide support for open projects
- Accelerates growth capabilities and cost reduction programs within Supply Chain
- Identifies, prioritizes and advocates for system improvements with COE partners.
- Actively pursues options for automation within the center
- Enables individual HOC teams to feel empowered and defines specific decision and input rights with functional partners
- Drives continuous improvement in systems, processes and capabilities
- Further develops metrics for Throughput, Accuracy, and Speed and monitors team performance
- Utilizes structured methodology to assess talent at HOC
- Further defines organizational structure. Identifies, develops and manages plans to address resource or capability gaps
- Sets and manages cost center spend within budget
- Participates in functional Process Management Teams on a regular basis
