Lead SCM - Food Category

1. Develop Supply chain network for all the Foods Categories : Snacks, Confectionary, etc using copackers, strategic Partners and or existing copackers.

2. Identify Potential copackers, Strategic Partners and work with commercial, Business, M&A, marketing, etc teams to get them operationalize and commence product supply.

3. Work with R&D and Formulations experts(identify) to commercialize different products, which gives right to win in the market either on cost, packaging, taste, etc

4. Ensure Product Supply as per Demand and cost targets.

5. Develop, design & implement fit for purpose Quality Assurance system & compliance to FSSAI and Food Safety requirements

6. Lead the SC team, Copack/Strategic Partner Team to deliver Business Goals.

7. Continuous Improvement in E2E SC costs and Quality and Sustainability.
