They have a supply chain starting from backward supply to procure for factory, production, intercity and intra-city logistics to multi-temperature warehousing. - They are looking to hire a supply chain leader who can scale along with the business and plan/implement the supply chain functions. Location : Bangalore / Mumbai Role Description : Candidates will be expected to lead projects across the following : - Demand forecasting and Inventory optimization/management liaison with sales and production teams. - Mathematical optimization models throughout the supply chain (backward, forward and warehouse/inventory) - Procurement analytics, cost optimization - Distribution/Logistics planning - Ability to structure problems through data-driven decision-making and problem-solving approach - Need to balance current inventory needs, immediate customer demands, and probable future sales to maintain a balance between OOS and inventory optimization. - Supply chain budget management
