Lead (Strategy/Processes/Digitization) - IIM/XIMB/XLRI/MDIG/SPJIMR/SPJAIN/FMS/NMIMS/IMT

- He/She would be responsible for planning, implementing ideas, strategies, process for digitization

- Define/Refine strategies and new processes for the services to be delivered by the project.

- Designing & implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of process operations and enhance operational efficiency

- Responsible to ensure the quality of deliverable s meet and exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders and evangelize the established quality standards and processes

- Works closely with multiple stake holders including marketing, sales, operations etc. to drive thought leadership, win deals, improve pipeline, sales, and revenue outcomes through digital marketing programs and tactics tailored to customer's needs.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Should be Engineering Graduate with MBA from premier institutes having minimum 4 years of experience from E-commerce / Dotnet / Fintech / Digital / Telecom Sector / Consumer products.

- Should have Knowledge of business process design and assessment with effective written and oral communication. Strong Collaborative Leadership qualities
