Job Description :
- Incumbent will work with the senior management to devise strategic plans and drive initiatives.
- Drive strategic projects / initiatives for CEOs Office with major focus on People development initiatives
- Coordinate with functional leaders to formulate 5 Year Strategic Plan and track progress on the Plan
- Work along with Senior management to formulate strategic priorities and plans to achieve these priorities
- MBA from top-tier management institutes (IIM / ISB)
- Strong analytical skills with advance knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical approach and strategic thinking
- 2-3 years- experience in Pharma industry
- Experience in driving People Development initiatives
