Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic and growth initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Be involved in decision-making, program management across departments.
- Help to define new operational strategies, working with Head of Strategy on special projects.
- Overseeing strategic planning processes to ensure that goals are realistic and achievable.
- Reviewing the financial status of projects to ensure that they are on track to meet their objectives.
Desired Profile:
- 2 - 4 years of experience post MBA from Tier 1 strategy consulting firms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong project engagement skills and outcome oriented.
