Lead - Strategy - IT (2-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Closely work with CSO in all strategic initiatives across the organization. The strategic initiatives could include Inorganic / Organic growth opportunities, evaluation / creation of business models

- Stake holder management - providing required support in managing shareholders / board through timely updates information. Preparation of board meetings and tracking action items

- Provide support in analyzing various aspects of business viz, revenues, costs and policies etc by Developing fact-based, data-driven measurements of business performance in collaboration with management


- Evaluating processes, data and systems using a systematic, disciplined and data-driven approach


- Creating informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with functional management teams and key business stakeholders to design, develop metrics that enable success.

- Handle team's monthly scheduled reports which includes pulling data, organizing reports and writing up analysis

- Work on weekly ad hoc requests to support multiple internal stakeholders from different groups

- Attend and participate in team meetings and stakeholder meetings

- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

Job Requirements :

- Management degree required, preferably in marketing

- 2+ years in business process analysis, business analysis, management consulting and/or change management

- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to rapidly changing business environment

- Proactive problem solving and self-starting individual

- Must be flexible

- Analytical with the ability to think strategically

- Able to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to communicate effectively

- High level of interest in the process of transforming data into actionable insights

- Strong computer skills, specifically with excel and power point
