Lead - Strategy - Healthcare (5-7 yrs)
- This role is both strategic and executional in nature and will serve as a "PM of business": owning key metrics, drawing insights from data, and helping identify and accelerate growth, engagement, revenue, and profitability opportunities.
- Set and lead governances with appropriate forums, facilitate seamless cross functional collaborations to ensure successful execution of the initiatives.
- Build relationships within and outside Company - clients, vendors to gain industry expertise and identify opportunities for partnerships and growth for the business
- Work closely with the country president and country segment director to develop a vision for the business
- Define the strategy road map for sustained profitable growth guided by market trends as well as Company competencies to achieve the vision
- Drive the Segment's business strategy and deploy initiatives to grow and transform the business
- Program manage and drive end-to-end execution of the initiatives together with the functional teams
- Track the competition and market demand trends, anticipate the impact and keep the country leadership team informed
- Drive the monthly country leadership and corporate leadership meetings - ensure the required decisions, actions and areas of improvements are discussed and executed
