Duties and responsibilities:: - Develop long term growth model for the company - Develop 1-3-5 year business plans for the company - Work with different functions on projects which can unlock growth and create value. - Create market entry and category entry strategy. - Create repeatable playbooks for market/category entry and execute them by building new teams. - Lead investor reporting &amp; internal business planning processes. Qualifications &amp; Experience:: - Min. 3 Years Experience in Consulting/Corporate Strategy. - Experience in FMCG/Consumer products companies is a plus. - Self-starter who is willing to get their hands dirty. - Eager to work in startup environments. - Pass out from either IIT BE or Premier BSchools.
