Strategy Lead - Well Known EdTech Company - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (8+Yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Drive business strategy initiatives for the organization.

- Collaborate with Function leaders and teams to implement and institutionalize change.

- Lead a variety of projects on various business initiatives

- Build org effectiveness and efficiency within the organization.

- Playing an influencer role with various stakeholders

- Providing all necessary support for seamless execution of projects in their scale up journey.

Requirements :

- You must be an MBA from a Top Tier B school with 8+ years of significant experience handling successful key projects with a volume,

- Preferably someone who has been in a consulting role with TOP management consulting organizations
