Lead - Strategic Planning Group

For a reputed company belonging to a large Indian group we are looking for Lead - SPG.

Should be a

- Lead Strategic Planning process & facilitate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation for the company incl. Mid-year Revenue

- Support & participate in the CFTs to drive the Strategic initiatives and update CEO/Top Management on strategic initiatives through data analysis and alert on major developments

- Strategy Deployment through PDMs /goal setting for top management with focus on KPI deployment and action points

- Lead & review quarterly environment scan, data analytics on traffic and revenue, impact analysis and research on latest development Industry

- Support in conducting effective business reviews (CEO/Board/BCM/GCM) and providing analytic support to senior management in decision making

- Prepare business MIS, Track ATR reviews and drive its closure. Create and run the Business Monitoring Dashboard.

- Special assignments (special time bound tasks from Senior management, Sector team and corporate team related to Policy matters, engagements with internal and external stakeholders, etc). Prepare stakeholders /regulatory presentations as part of engagement advocacy initiatives.

- Define new SOPs and process improvement initiatives.

- Anchor and drive the BE initiatives across the organization.

- Support roll-out, implementation and sustainability for corporate initiatives for e.g. Business Excellence/5S, Sustainability reporting, Benchmarking, Business Continuity Plan etc.

- Support CEO in conducting effective business review by giving pre-reads inputs, analytical support and update on Key ATRs to Management

- Data analytics: Design & implement Data analytics to generate actuarial insights and support reporting & decision making & Ops /BD implementation

- Capability building for team members through training and review of their work on MIS and benchmarking.

- Candidates should be an engineer with MBA and 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Strategic Planning.
