Lead Strategic Partnership and Initiatives
Location - Mumbai
About the role -
- In this role, you will lead and drive eBay IN-Cross Border Trade (CBT) long-term growth by scouting for, and establishing partnerships with large merchants including brands, aggregators, marketplaces etc.. The key responsibilities include growing the CBT revenue by engaging with key clients and by enabling global ecommerce for them. You will lead a small team to manage their seller journey on platform.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ideate on different value propositions, audiences, and pitches to onboard new strategic accounts that are likely to turn into long-lasting relationships
- You will be responsible for managing strategic accounts and to build relationships to drive agreed business growth and turnover
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to create long term value for the client & company
- Work closely with marketing agencies for developing creative campaigns and devising acquisition strategy for new merchants
- Engage with CXOs and/or decision makers of strategic partners and create a roadmap for profitable growth for both parties
- Work with global teams to provide merchandising support for Indian brands & sellers. Co-build a marketing plan for key accounts
What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master's degree a plus
- 5-7 years of experience preferably in ecommerce industry
- Prior experience in Business Development, having managed large enterprise relationships would be preferred
- Experience in working closely with CXOs would be an added advantage
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to obtain buy- in from various stakeholders
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
