Job Purpose:
Review new & existing processes, systems & resources, thereby suggesting changes to organizational infrastructure & working.
Job Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in Digital transformation or Digital Initiatives for branch banking processes.
- Analyse key demand drivers of the bank to arrive at the process transformation contributing in delivering the major results.
- Business Case Development - Estimate & present the potential for any transformational activates & reimagining in terms of cost & efforts.
- Prepare business case, socialize with stakeholders and obtain approvals.
- Project Management - Establish and mange governance of programs to ensure implementation is on the right track.
- Mobilise business teams, functions and external resources as appropriate to deliver program.
- Track and validate business benefits generated from strategic transformation program against plan.
Key Success Metrics:
- Transformational Activities implemented / Effectiveness of the activities.
- No. of process optimization initiatives implemented.
