Lead Market Research Specialist - US Healthcare

- The Lead Market Research specialist will manage the external research function in the US Health Insurance domain.

Requirements :

- 4-8 Yrs of experience in Analytics and Research.

- Thorough understanding of the US Healthcare Insurance Market (Medicare Advantage highly preferred)

- Lead status or managerial experience (will have 1 direct report and must guide research production)

- Technical skills equivalent to a Sr. or Lead Analyst (Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel)

- Experience conducting market research

- Experience producing written research in the form of whitepapers, insight articles, etc.

- Experience in creating presentations to showcase findings.

What will you do? :

- You will oversee insights generation, which will be used to develop research articles (whitepapers, insights, etc.), and product development.

- The role will require a strong knowledge of the different datasets and a curious mindset to deep dive into the various cuts of data, capturing various trends at a high level (national overview) and at a granular level (state-county).

- These findings need to be transformed into measurable metrics that can be used by the various teams to further improve our product and sales.
