Lead- Employee Engagement (Specialist)

- Xperia has been retained by a listed manufacturing organisation part of a very large Indian conglomerate and a market leader in its category to identify a Lead-Employee Engagement (Specialist) with OD experience to be located in Delhi or Hyderabad.

- Candidates working in the Top 30 GPTW certified companies would be an ideal choice.

- Incumbents should have an experience of 10 -15 years in employee engagement & OD.

- They should also have hands-on experience in driving engagement initiatives across the organization and be willing to travel to all plants & sales locations.

- Any Graduate with Masters in Psychology or HR are preferred.

The incumbent will be responsible for Employee Engagement activities across the organisation including but not limited to develop tools to measure employee pulse and satisfaction index; Benchmark employee engagement initiatives and best practices across various industries; play an active role in ensuring employee engagement initiatives are implemented in every location in the organization; analysis; Identify the potential partners to help in implementation.
