Lead/Specialist - Employee Engagement - FMCD/FMCG/Construction (8-10 yrs)
Lead - Employee Engagement /Engagement Specialist
We do have a job opening with one of the leading Building material company and part of US $2.3 billion diversified with over 25000+ employee, the Group's businesses are present across five continents.
Responsibility :
- Conceptualise, design and executing Organisation Development and Employee Engagement framework aligned to HIL's Vision and Values.
- Interact with the Business Leaders and Business HRs regularly to consult the design interventions to address the Organization level concern on employee engagement.
- Conduct organisation diagnostics, pulse check activities and due diligence connects among the Talent engagement activities.
- Analyse the findings and design tools/mechanism to identify employee engagement triggers and take corrective actions by influencing the respective stakeholders.
- Facilitate the entire organization wide action planning.
- Lead Award Participation - GPTW, Avtar D&I and similar for both white and blue collared.
- Lead DI Initiatives, Reward & Recognition Programs, OD projects etc.
- Enabling the leadership team with HR Analytics covering Culture analysis, Attrition analysis and HR Connects through MIS and Dashboards.
- Serving as a sounding board and confidante for the employees during critical interactions, investigations and business situations, enabling open dialogue between employees and the management.
- Executing and building upon existing HR programs by identifying opportunities to strengthen the existing process by benchmarking best practices from Industries.
- Presenting insights on employee sentiment, assess issues/ potential risks, action planning and execution to reach balanced solution.
- Ace the Communication strategy with innovative ideas to increase quick adaptation and adherence of the HR Programs and Initiatives
Experience Required:
- Overall 8-10 years of experience.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to keep company confidences
Industry Preference: Manufacturing and amongst Top 25 GPTW
Location: Hyderabad/Delhi | Travels as required to Units/Sales Zones
