Lead Solution Consultant / Pre Sales Lead

Role Summary :

What is the purpose of this role? Why does it exist?

This role is accountable for understanding customer requirements and converting them into a solution roadmap.

Establish the value being delivered by the product and services and how it helps in meeting the targeted business outcomes of our customers.

Experience & Skills :

- Minimum of 8-12 years experience in Solution Consulting role

- Track record of consultative selling and solutioning.

- Experience in building Data Analytics and AI/Machine Learning solutions on the Cloud platforms. AWS would be an added advantage

- Engage in dialogue with clients about their industry challenges and how they can leverage data analytics to solve some of these problems and drive improvement in their Business KPIs

- Experience in the IT Products Industry preferable

- Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork

Organisational Structure :

- Reporting to VP Solution Consulting

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Partner with the Sales Team for customer facing technical pre-sales engagement

- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide support at external and internal customer-facing events

- Ability to demonstrate products and solution offering effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge

- To attend meetings with existing & potential customers to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution

- Understands the business requirements from the Customer and converts them into technical architectures and end-to-end functional specifications. This includes the agreement with the stakeholders on functional specifications and architecture

- To structure and produce compelling solution proposals and technical documentation that address customer requirements and highlights the value being delivered

- Independently drive end to end presales, technical solutioning, response and estimation on opportunities (RFI/RFP/RFQ)

- Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products

- Bringing creative ideas and new value propositions while building proposals

- Strong Research skills to find the optimum solution approach for all requirements
