We are looking for candidates for the position of Engineering and construction consulting for one of our Fortune 500 client
Position : Lead Solution Advisor- Valuation
Location :Hyderabad
Edu Qualification: BTech Civil / Mech / Electrical
AND
MBA finance / PGP ACM ( NICMAR) / MS( Construction Technology)
Required Exp : 0 to 4 years
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of construction & project management, cost estimation and project cost controls
- Experience or exposure in Financial valuation or Financial modeling is required
- Proficiency in Primavera will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively connect with US professionals
- Proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities:
Performing cost segregation studies to assist and advise client
Providing construction dispute support including documentation review
Capital projects consulting including process improvement, oversight, cost & controls
