Lead - Software Development

Lead - (Software Development):

The Person will be responsible for demonstrating Technology Leadership of Software Team, by Planning, Scheduling, Executing and Co-ordinating an Entire Software Projects. Simultaneously, perform as lead individual contributor in key technology areas to advance technology and help R&D Department to create the learning and Quality Culture and help to promote a technologically innovative and learning culture which embraces quality within the firmware team.

Technical Skills:

Programming languages:

- Java, Java Script, Core Java, C++, HTML; PHP would be a plus, Database software, e.g. MySQL

- Advantageous: Knowledge in Representational State Transfer (REST) for API, JSON data Format

- Operating systems: Android, iOS, Windows (priority)

- Serial Communication skills for interface to external hardware: NFC / RFID, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Knowledge in serial protocols would be advantageous, like Modbus, Lin, Can

- Basic Understanding of embedded / real time software to be able to discuss the interface with our embedded software designers, proficient in Scrum or similar

Experience:

- 10+ years of Software Development experience with proven track record of significant contribution in this domain, including at least three to four years in project management experience. Should have proven ability of technology lead in multi-disciplinary project teams.

- Deployed for Google play store and Apple iOS, advantageous would be also have an experience in Windows software and Windows apps.

- Demonstrated ability to run a software team using agile software development method Scrum or similar

Education:

- Master degree in Computer or Software Design or Software Engineering

- Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Electronics with additional skill in Software

Design

- From a renowned Engineering College / University

Soft Skills:

- Ability to select team members, start-up and run an efficient software development team

- With Self-motivated, self-learning

- Proficiency in English language & Basics in German would be a plus

- Experience in worked with a German company is a plus

- Likes to travel
