Designation : Lead - Social Media

Reporting : Group - CMO

Industry : Large Financial Services Conglomerate

Purpose of the Job : To strategize and spearhead the branding campaign of the entire group and its line of business on social media, and to implement strategic and innovative social media campaigns, that are aligned with brand, marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

a. To design and implement group's long term SEO/SEM and PPC strategy

b. To lead strategy by tracking all paid adverts and analyzing and designing customer acquisition campaigns using web analytics and all on going on-page and off - page SEO efforts

c. To assist top management in implementing an integrated strategic marketing plan encompassing both online and offline marketing

d. To develop and execute both online and offline campaigns and to evaluate the success of the campaign using analytics

e. To formulate and distribute clear and compelling communications, including business success stories, policy updates and speeches, surveys and other communications

f. To generate traffic to the various online points of presence of the group and LOBs

g. To engage and reach out to current and potential followers on various social media platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Pinterest, Youtube and industry specific blogs

h. To develop integrated PR and social media communication plans for new products in collaboration with the team and ensure rollout of product communication in timely, on strategy and effective manner

i. To design, manage and review the social media strategy of the group and to unlock the growth potential

j. To develop innovative content for posts and regular updates for all the social media channels of the group

k. To leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within media and business

l. To evaluate opportunities for advertising, strategic partnerships and sponsorship

m. To develop dashboards and metrics for the evaluation of the effectiveness and outreach of the social media strategy and ways to improve it

Desired Candidate Profile :

a. 5-7 years of experience spanning across engagements in social media and traditional marketing

b. Effective experience in managing search engine optimization, pay per click campaigns and end to end online marketing activities

c. Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess market trends, growth possibilities and areas of concern

d. Knowledge of HTML, PHP, Javascript, CSS, SAS and Adobe Photoshop

e. Graduate or Post graduate with 5-7 years of work ex
