Position : Shopper Insights

Location : Delhi/NCR

Experience : 8-10 Yrs

Job description :

- S/He will evangelize the role shopper marketing can play to accomplish brand objectives

- S/He will identify key shopper insights/formulate shopper propositions and bring them alive

- S/He will be a thought leader on what works in terms of shopper investments/ shopper messaging to influence the shopper in his path to purchase

- S/He is an individual contributor who leads the shopper marketing vertical

- Annual plans for each brand/channel - With the marketing head & Category leads defining the shopper marketing goals for the year ( strategic across brands)

- Facilitate a common ground between Brands, Insights teams, Customer Marketing teams

- Getting agencies to propose and customize Brand Activation Solutions to brand's Needs and evaluating the same and making one consolidated master plan for each brand

- Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with the agencies

- Ensure all projects yield desired results /insights & deliver to business timelines

- Develop shopper insights/ propositions for key launches /skus

- Creating shopper propositions for various channels/ markets in line with brand task

- Exploring new technologies for building shopper insights / visuals and store traffic/loyalty

- Identify key POS elements that work effectively in different distribution channels

Experience :

- 8 + years of CMI experience in FMCD/FMCG/Telecom/ Pharma etc. A passionate consumer marketer with a flair for understanding insights n converting it into motivating propositions

- Must have held a front line-sales role (2-3 yrs +) n later moved to brand/shopper marketing (5yrs+)

- Prior knowledge of shopper marketing is not essential. But a drive to pick up the best practices in shopper marketing is essential for success

- MBA from reputed institute
