Lead - Shop In Shop Operations - Retail (5-15 yrs)
Position Title: Lead - SIS Operations
Profile Base Location: Bangalore
Reports to: Lead/Head Operations
Position Summary & Key Objectives:
- To strategize and ensure that all SIS counter targets are met, revenues substantially increased on a consistent basis.
- Responsible for marketing & planning promotional activities for the counters.
- Liaising effectively and closely with the SIS teams.
- Visiting the counters regularly.
- Ensuring the planogram & visual merchandising is as per the brand standards.
- Responsible for inventory management and stock replenishment for all SIS counters across PAN India.
- Maintaining MIS report for all the SIS counters.
- Responsible for team management, hiring and rostering of the team.
Qualifications and Functional Competencies:
- 5+ years overall experience preferably as regional manager or in other managerial position
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- BSc/BA/PG in business administration, sales or relevant field
