Lead - Shared Services - Financial Planning & Analysis Segment

Job Description:

- Partner with regional FP&A teams to standardize processes.

- Develop and implement process improvements across the Unit FP&A teams.

- Collaborating with the business divisions and cross-functional teams for driving growth and managing performance in alignment with the long-term aspirations of the Group.

- MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on business wise financial performance on timely basis.

- Preparation of Monthly Dash Boards with in-depth Profitability analysis along with insights full analysis report.

- Preparation of presentations for Board Meeting and Investor con-calls.

- Develop tools and reports to help analyse actuals and forecasts.

- Identify potential areas of risk and opportunity to management, and provide recommendations to drive business results and achieve financial goals.

- Preparation of Long Term Projections of Business for Evaluating Future Performance.

- Working with the management team and contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

- Regular interaction with the Unit CFOs and Business Heads.

- Identify and drive process improvements in the financial processes.

- Support Management by providing key analytical Reports/information about the Industry and Peer's of the company.

- Manage the preparation & maintenance of consolidated financial statements including P&L account and balance sheet, ensuring conformance to time, accuracy and statutory norms.
