Lead - Service Delivery - Global Shared Services (12-16 yrs)

Hyderabad Job Code: 683197

- Perform service delivery for Non Finance processes viz. Master data, Sourcing, Business analysis etc.

- Connect with Stakeholder on service delivery aspects, drive expected results, process and people performance

- Formulate process metrics, process controls, monitor and enhance deliverables from GSS

- People management - Mentor and monitor performance of the team members

- Perform periodic reviews and drive people performance and deliverables

- Drive process improvement initiatives, work on local as well as Global projects

- Look areas for enhancing process efficiency through six sigma approach, RPA.

- Work with IT and other business teams to implement ideas and projects

- Lead the Transition efforts in GSS, responsible for transition all process

- Be first point of contact for managing transitions in GSS

- Drive the Transition Governance meetings independently

- Collaborate with PMO team on assisting global projects

Desired Skill Set:

- Should have done service delivery in a shared services organization

- Transition role in large GSS - minimum 20 transitions with a size of 100 FTE

- Excellent leadership, people management skills to enhance team performance

- Ability to drive results, performance and service delivery from GSS

- Excellent power point skills and presentation skills

- Experience in Six Sigma - BB / GB

- Excellent Project Management skills with PMO certification

Qualification and Experience:

- MBA / Graduate / CA / ICWAI

- 12 to 16 years experience in Global Shared Services

- Knowledge in SAP

- Licensure & Certifications - Project Management, Six Sigma BB / GB a plus
