Position Summary

Lead and manage the FBS operations and service delivery for the responsible lines of business while managing, engaging and developing the teams in remit.

Run key strategic programs to enhance value for Clients/ Customers, improve Client & internal processes, and expand the skills of the overall FBS area to help tap into newer areas of growth. Identify and drive key change projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy: Lead Finance Transformation Projects (around enhancing customer value-add, process improvements & team-skill enhancement) . Drive feasibility study, gap analysis and consequent planning & execution of initiatives, in connection with FBS- growth opportunities. Actively & significantly contribute in the shaping of Global FBS and FBS India strategies.

2. Customer: Develop, refine, implement and monitor relevant business-outcome based metrics and use insights to drive the appropriate changes. Lead day-to-day operations of teams in remit.

3. People: Design and implement ongoing programs to expand and enhance Finance & Accounting skills of the overall FBS function, preparing the area for future growth and assisting it in moving up the value chain. Define and implement team engagement, succession planning, and career development framework and programs.

4. Finance: Deliver Unit Direct Cost, Direct Revenue and Direct Margin targets. Deliver key financial forecasting, along with insightful performance reporting and analysis.

5. Compliance: Ensure adherence and compliance to Group, OE and local regulations and standards. Active involvement in defining and implementing BCP/DR/IBR plans. Regularly review against relevant policies to identify and drive required changes.
