Hiring for a Marketing Lead (Sr Manager) with a Leading FMCG giant .
Job location : Mumbai
Job responsibilities :
1. Financial Responsibility :
- Visualize and clearly articulate the long and medium term market potential for the category /products and how we can seize the opportunity
- Generate a yearly business plan and an activity plan for the category, to enhance market share and category growth
2. Digital Marketing :
- Identify and prioritize digital marketing objectives, create and communicate Market targets / briefs
- Review the performance of all sites and for campaign reporting to ensure that revenue and costs per acquisition are managed and to ensure delivery of ROI
3. Customer Responsibility (Internal & External) :
- Manage key customer expectations and ensure that the customer needs (both current and future) are understood and serviced to their satisfaction. Resolve issues proactively and promptly
4. People Responsibility :
- Responsible for team engagement and motivation.
- Provide strong leadership to the team including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, and coaching individual contributors. Be a role model for the team.
Skills required :
- Marketing professionals with expertise in handling the marketing activities in the FMCG sector.
- Should have exposure to social media/digital marketing.
- Exposure to Horeca/QSR/B2B segment.
