Our client is the Health-tech initiative of India's largest business house. Started in 2015, it empowers healthcare providers and consumers in India. All healthcare monitoring services are made available through an app that will help connect doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories and consumers, enabling preventive and predictive healthcare.

It helps the care-givers to track the entire patient journey from the initial appointment and maintaining their records, generating lab test reports to providing virtual consultation and home-care solutions. It is expected that this futuristic guide will strengthen doctor-patient relationship and enhance the in-clinic experience.

As a Lead- HR (Sr. Manager), you will be responsible for collaborating with department and functional leaders across the the company on organization decisions and subsequent implementation.

What you will do:

- Partnering with Talent Sourcing to ensure the identification, hiring, development and retention of talent

- Providing leadership and direction to managers and employees on human resources policies, plans, programs, practices, processes and tools to ensure knowledge transfer, enhanced organizational capability related to the management and development of people and consistent delivery

- Directing and reviewing audits to ensure the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of Human Resource data, applications and reports

- Promoting operational efficiency, security and effectiveness of controls

- Analysing salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation

- Reviewing market data to determine competitive wage rate

- Managing salary planning and administering compensation planning to ensure that managers are in compliance and maintaining internal equity within the organization

- Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance for entire organization

- Providing leadership and guidance to ensure all human resource processes including recruiting, new hire, performance administration/ reviews, separations, terminations and transfers are performed in a consistent, accurate, compliant and timely manner

- Ensuring that the highest standards of compliance and ethics are embedded into the organization

- Managing an effective development plan for employees in the organization

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Preferably an MBA from tier 1/2 institute with 8 years of experience

- Proven Human Resources experience in establishing an HR function within a large scale organization

- Ability to work across various divisions and with multiple business leaders simultaneously to effectively eliminate roadblocks and drive successful execution

- Proven ability to engage leaders in organization effectiveness programs and practices

- Demonstrated ability to be a credible advocate of HR policies and practices with individuals throughout the organization, across different businesses

- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast paced and demanding

- Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and objectives while maintaining a high level of output
