Job Purpose :
1. Generate traffic and leads on Paybima from Paid channels
2. Handle Social Media marketing for improved brand presence
3. Coordinate and work with the Call center to ensure ROI
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute and evaluate digital spends
- Monitor digital campaign performance
- Execute content strategy
- Handle Media agency for branding activities
- Prepare, Monitor and Present ROI on Spends
- Managing the application & database
- Coordinating and Handling end to end IT related requirements
- Ensure site adheres to all Information Security Requirements
- Evaluate and manage SMS Gateway, Email Gateway, Whats app for Business
- Evaluate the Telephony set up, ideate and introduce newer modules to make the Customer handing process simpler for PayBima
- Liaise with the internal teams such as IT, Ops, Finance, etc
Key Challenges :
1. Create and execute comprehensive campaigns to drive website traffic and leads via SEM, Display, partners, affiliates, Facebook, etc
2. End-to-end planning, implementation, optimization, budget management, reporting, targeting, retargeting and analysis of campaigns.
3. Develop and execute campaigns and initiatives at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
4. Analyzing & understanding Customer profile, Segmentation & identity nuances of target audience using various analytical tools.
5. Develop social media strategy (organic and paid) for effective brand building and lead generation activities.
6. Work closely with media agency to handle social media pages for updating creative content.
7. Developing online marketing materials including social-media posts, e-mails, blogs mailers, infographics, and other marketing materials
8. Work closely with compliance, IT, and other departments, as well as design teams, to develop digital marketing campaigns that target various demographic groups.
